Allegra Drug Interactions

Always be sure to tell a doctor or pharmacist about all the medications currently being taken, including over-the-counter and natural/vitamin products. Medications taken concurrently can sometimes work against each other. Allegra should not be taken closely in time with antacids that contain aluminum or magnesium.

If a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) medication for depression has been taken within the last 14 days, do not take Allegra-D without first checking with a doctor. Doing so may not be safe.

There are no foods or drinks that are known to interact with Allegra.
